Upgrade 2 & 1/2 months waiting still

2 and 1/2 month waiting for my iPhone 15 pro max to come and paid £500 upfront and still no phone and nobody can tell me when it’s coming will even be here before Christmas, I have been a LOYAL customer to 02 for 15 years and this is totally unacceptable
