Hello. My phone says 'No access to network' which has never happened to me before. Is there an issue with o2's network? Anyone else with this problem? Or is it something to just do with me?
Customer Service closed at 9pm. No official Network issues page. Only way I could confirm this issue is through this forum. COme on O2 sort it out - this is really not good enough.
that's no good to me i need my phone for emergency problems!! they ought to give us some sort of compensation for our patience whilst they sort out the problem. this is ridiculous. all those that are out driving their cars or whatever and relying on their o2 mobiles if ANYTHING happens are going to be stuck.
