It isnt working here in Birmingham, started ringing o2 customer care on another phone at 8:30 finally got through at 9:05 where the man proceeded to tell me that he wasnt 'willing' to talk about the issue and that i should phone back tomorrow...great...how can i phone without a phone?! he told me the coverage had been down since 8:45 but this isnt true, it went down on my phone at about 8pm, i am on a contract phone, is it happening to pay as you go phones or just contract phones?
So frustrating! grrrr :robotmad:
