Hello. My phone says 'No access to network' which has never happened to me before. Is there an issue with o2's network? Anyone else with this problem? Or is it something to just do with me?

I can't even ring o2 to tell them! Any advice?

Actually - what I would like a lot more than 67p is a text message from 02 - One saying sorry, this was caused by .... and ideally one saying they are putting service outage news with EFT, (Estimated Time to Fix), on the web site.
At least it is back now... :robotindifferent:


If the network is down how would a text get through.

there was a twitter update yesterday evening.

but my 2g access was fine all last night for text and calls but I am not in a 3g enabled area.

I could make calls, send texts and use data but I couldnt receive calls or texts until 3.55am this morning and I am in Brighton.

Hi all
Just to confirm there was a fault on our network last night, caused by loss of power following planned engineering work in Yate, near Bristol. This affected voice and data services across parts of the Midlands, South West and Northern Ireland. Service was restored by 3am today.

We are working on restoring a few remaining issues with voicemail. We apologise to our customers for the loss of service.
