Is anyone else experiencing no network coverage in the Hartshill area of Stoke-On-Trent, close to the hospital complex? My wife and I have been suffering with this problem for the past week(Different phones both on o2), but after talking to o2 customer service, they are not aware of a problem

The o2 mast on the top of the Path lab in Hartshill has been removed. The building is being demolished next month. My phone is next to uselss now. I have spoken to o2 a few times about it. Luckily I'm near to the end of my contract so I'll probably take a contract out with someone else. If you search the sentinel webite, you can find quite a few failed attempts to get planning permssion for a mast in Hartshill from the past year or so.
You can see the mast very clearly on streetview (I used to be able to see it from my house) if you go to look now, It's not there.

Did they say they will log the problem?
Is it just in your home or everywhere you go? A little bit more detail and somebody might be able to advise.

The problem was logged by 02. Network coverage has virtually disappeared inside my property and is greatly reduced in the surrounding area. This issue has only occurred over the last 9 days.

Sounds like O2 have been trying to rectify the problem that they can't influence. Maybe you guys in that area should badger your local councilor or planning officer....

Strange isn't it, everybody wants a mobile phone but everybody objects to a mast in their location!
