Myself and 20 other people have had problems for the last 3 days. And the only answer we get it to reset our phones. Are you joking me there's a problem that needs sorting asap

Hi Gilly...

Sorry to hear you are having signal problems.

I was going to say I had a similar issue in my home area, but it so happens we are in the same town judging by your postcode... how freaky is that....

Any way, back on topic... the was some upgrade work done on the masts around here last week, which was quite generically labeled "upgrade, repairs or fault finding". So either they broke something or the bad weather has caused another issue.

Best thing to do, is call customer services and ask to report a network fault, explain what is happening with the signal, when, how often and emphasise that you have other peoples numbers who are also having the same issue.

Hopefully you will be back up and running as soon as possible.

Ok, so there is no problem on the service signal webpage but have all 21 people contacted O2 to tell them about a problem?

Then I am afraid you can do no more and will have to either keep phoning them or wait.

I am assuming you are all in different situations like house builds, work location and distance from the masts?
