Great figures revealed with world's first ever initiative to sell handset without a charger. Our trial shows 82% prefer the greener option, now that's result!
Remember our earlier discussion, I agree that working on a universal charger maybe difficult however, given the figures disclosed in our first attempt - it has defo proven success and a step forward to achieve our overall objective for 2015.
What do you guys think? Which other manufacturer/ device should be pick next?

Kudos to O2 for being willing to test the market - whoever proposed the idea deserves a bonus.

It's a great idea, as long as all phones can be charged by USB the problem should be solved.

I've got a drawer full of chargers from mobile phones, cordless drills and screwdrivers, shavers, video cameras etc. Great idea!

Our of interest how much cheaper are these phones being sold without chargers?
A phone charger makes up, on average, 1% of the cost of a new phone. While the phone price will remain the same, we’re committed to passing this saving onto our customers as value services like Priority Moments, Priority Tickets and Priority Sports to epitomize this
