Re: New o2 voicemail

Has anybody else recently had their voicemail "upgraded"? Sounds like a different voice etc but omg what a load of rubbish it is! When you press 5 to radial it says
Please wait while we connect
Please wait while we connect
Please etc
Who on earth thought that was a good idea?
Press 3 to delete and then 3 to confirm SOMETIMES not others so you sometimes delete the following message!!!
Worst of all is if somebody leaves you a voicemail while you're already on it, you have to end the call and restart it. I hate it. Wish you could restore the old one

Yes, a new system was introduced a month or so ago.

I have no problems with at all and yes I see what you mean about if someone leaves you a voicemail you have end the call and then recall voicemail again but I thought you had yo that before the voicemail got Upgraded.
