For the last 8 months there as been major network call and data problems in dunstable LU6 2 area, I have been told this is due to over load on the network if this is the case how long does it take to had more sites.
Can some please tell me if or when this problem will be sorted as customer services are a waste of time.

Not sure o2 want to solve this network issue as it been over 8 months now.
In the whole of Dunstable there 2 mast and I guessing there been loads of new customer joining in this area hence the problems.
Have you thought about o2's boostbox as a business customer ?

From the status page which shows they are working on it, which is all we can get:
Live results for LU6 2

Hi,
I know your frustration as i'm in the same boat
Some typical advice is to switch to 2g to see if this helps the situation.
Or look at TuGo from o2.
o2 are working ontheir network ref 4g which should improve 2g and 3g but this will take time {Approx 2 years}.
If your not locked into a contract then maybe an idea is to get some payg sims from other Networks, and test them out. Get your PAC Code and move network.
Not the best situation but maybe an avenue.

I have three O2 phones on a multi user tariff for work - we often get messages late, like the next day and the calls often go straight to voicemail - could this be because of the same sort of issue?
The phones have all been going off line a lot just recently - similar problem in the Notts/ Leics region?
