Yesterday everything for me on o2 was down. 4G/3G, Texts, Calls, everything. I only switched to o2 from EE a matter of months ago, and already IVE RAN INTO A PROBLEM! Honestly you’re cheaper, but honestly, I’d rather pay more and be able to use my phone! This is outrageous and I hope something is done to compensate customers. If some sort of emergency had happened, most o2 costumers would’ve been stranded! Something needs to be done because I’m considering going back to EE.

Announced earlier
• For our Pay Monthly customers, SMB business customers and mobile broadband customers we will be crediting two days of monthly airtime subscription charges by the end of January
• For our Pay As You Go customers we will be giving a 10% credit on a top-up in the New Year and will let our customers know when it is available
• For our Pay As You Go mobile broadband customers we will be giving a 10% discount on a Bolt On purchase in the New Year and will let our customers know when it is available

@RL It was an inconvenience for everyone yesterday, but the technology isn't perfect, and all networks go through similar problems. That's why none of them will ever guarantee 100% up time. i have 3 02 phones mine my daugters and my partners, all were down yesterday caused loads of isues at work ,also my daugter try to ring us to help, her with grandson and just couldt get threw unless she was on wi fi , what happend and is it all sorted as had isues on and off for a few days trying to text, are we getting compensation ? i have tryed ringing 02 since yesterday still cant get threw thanks michelle
