Ok so suddenly I'm unable to view my inbox and outbox for PMs received or sent.

What is going on and how can I now view them? As a reminder I am using a mobile - Galaxy S8+.

Help, please. Thanks

Well I've had a go on my tablet and same problem. I can access my settings on my tablet though and checked my access to PMs was turned on; it is.

I've cleared the cache but still no joy. I'm not sure re-booting my phone is gonna help. So I'll leave it a couple more days to see if my access comes back, perhaps via a new route 🤔

Oh and @jonsie my phone is definitely female: beautiful, sassy and very very smart 🤣

I have just checked again on PC and Note 4. All settings available and no problems with PM's. In other words everything is fine with both my devices...
