Hi guys,
Continuing the recent discussions on O2 apps today we would like to get your feedback on the My Network app. The My Network app test your speeds on the go, report any network issues through the app and get status updates for your location without visiting the main website.
What are your thoughts on the My Network app? Are there any features that you feel would improve the app or changes to the interface that would make it easier to use?
Let us know what you think below

→ Just joined the community or thinking of registering? Check out this handy starter guide!
→ Have a query about your account? login to My O2 for help

To be honest I always found the speed check was very inaccurate compared to other stand alone apps such as speedtest.net.

I'm in agreement, the speed checker is quite out of whack with reality.
Other than that, tbh, I rarely open the my network app. I'd say it could be integrated into the My O2 app?

Reporting back network issues is terrible. My main gripe is when trying to report fail in data speeds. Firstly the location will not pick up then the speed test fails because it doesn't recognise the data has come to a halt. Then when you do get a report sent off it is always the same generic response that there is no obvious reason for a fault. Call CS.
The issue with that is most of CS will make you follow as the basic troubleshooting regardless of whether you tell them you have already done that or not.
