Even the bloody Community selection doesn’t work correctly, I have chosen most recent and THAT doesn’t work. This company are a bunch of cowboys!!

Other than pointing you to the guides there is little we can do as customers

People who do get this sorted out generally don't come back to tell us how

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
