I have been away for the weekend and I did have my phone and tablet with me. Access to the forum was slow and full of issues. Back home now and using PC and these problems still remain ...

* Taking ages to accept my login details

* Moving from tab to tab painfully slow

* Timing out before you are able to post

* Worse than that....typing a reply to someone with loads of relevant links..and connection times out again!

(Not even sure this will post if honest)

* Posting pictures is problematic

*I just attempted to post a reply to a new topic. pressed 'post' and I was directed to login again slight_frown

BT without a doubt isn't compatible with Lithium. It's up to lithium to sort out....

Well I have changed to Gmail and now getting emails in...and hey...I can sign in here on laptop with no problems.....I thought thank god. Problem is I cant do the same via mobile or tablet. !!!!

When I enter my new Gmail address and password to log in it says not recognised and invited me to change again????!!

So..on the phone to O2..(no wait times incidentally)....and told the guy the problem. He said go in via My O2App...(told him I usually access via emails). he sent me a new password ...try this he says then you can change it to what you want....Did that....guess what...still doeant accept my new log in details..

Sick of it now if honest.

As my husband just said 'what a damn performance just to get on the O2 forum' ...and you know what..I agree Evil

Ok..I just want to give an update on the email situation since I changed to Gmail.

I have never known emails come in as quickly from the O2 site.

It is damn inconvenient that I was forced to change though.....I have no idea whether it was a BT issue or Lithium. I do know that BT email continues to serve me very well for all other sites...but not this one slight_frown
