Hello 1st Post. Is anyone else experiencing network problems in the Moray area? I have checked the signal online and O2 appears to be working normally, however three people I know with 02 are experiencing no signal at all! This has been the case since 09.00 this morning Thanks. Iain
I live in ross shire just off the cromarty firth and the service has been bad all day....ive not been able to receive calls theyve went straight to voicemail. Keep getting connection errors when making calls although calls to non 02 phones will eventually connect. Text messages dont seem to be being received. And yes I have checked the O2 status page which says its ok but its not. Others have been complaining all day about the service, but no one seems to be calling O2. I did and I was 3 hours trying to get help. Call O2 and they might listen.
o2 are mince. Iv had enough, im paying £35 a month for a service im not receiving....down time, no signal/service. Even 3Mobile have better service, and THATS going some 😐 Contract ends 1st july....cant wait!
