bad credit

i asked my bank for credit card and was refused. i went to credit expert and my credit scoring showed a bad scoring with o2 . i have never in my life had a contract phone with anybody, ive been 02 pay as you go for15yrs . After speaking to one of your advisers today i was told to contact you. My address is ******* and my former addresses in last 6yrs are****and ****.It also shows connections to an address in hamstead rd and the knoll i have never lived at any of these addresses. Could you please sort out this matter, i pride myself on never owing people money and shocked to read my report.I WOULD BE MORE THAN GRATEFULL IF YOU COULD SORT THANK YOU.

This is a customer only forum and complaints are only occasionally taken up by O2.
Can I suggest you remove your personal details ASAP as you are open to all sorts of spam etc.

Good advice, you need to take more care about how and where you publish your personal details as this is an open and public forum. 😮

Not only that, you or the current residents of those addresses can be prone to becoming victims of ID theft! Unfortunately it looks like it can't be solved via CS and you may have to resort to legal means as in all probability, other organisations have the info as well. That will affect any financial agreements in the near future.
