Mobile network not available

Hi. Since this morning I am not able to make any phone calls. It is saying "Mobile network not available". I kept trying to connect to the network (O2 obviously) but it's just not working. What can I do? Thnx

Have you tried cleaning the sim card and rebooting your phone? You will need to do a little fault finding to eliminate certain things.

First try entering your post code into the status page http://status.o2.co.uk/  to ensure there are no problems in your area. Are other people in your area affected.

Try your sim card in another O2 or unlocked phone to see if the problem is with your sim or phone.

After that you need to check with O2 that thee s nothing wrong with your account epo aobem in your area.
