Hi, took international Favorite as a bolt on. Got disconnected through some technichal issue of O2. 9 days ago was told that the issue will be resolved in 5 working days, but issue is still not resolved while my bolt is being charged for the month.
Anybody in the group who can advice on the legality of the companies service.

Not quite sure what you mean by that, but if you're being charged for a service that you aren't getting, ring CS and I'm sure they'll apply a credit to your account.
Just keep a note of dates and times of any payments you have made.
