Mobile data and signal issues

Over the past month or so I have been getting terrible signal and mobile data issues. Where ever I am weather it be in the middle of the countryside or the centre of s large city which would normally provide good signal/4G, it is appearing that I have no signal and that I have 4G but when I try to do something requiring 4G it tells me I have no connection. This is a really irritating problem and really need to sort it out!

There are some things you can check here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/10140... but in all honesty you may be best going straight for a new sim as yours maybe fauty. Either that, or the phone.
