How long does it take to update information via o2 track/repair link the moment it’s been received at address (address printed on Jiffy bag) ?
I had to send faulty iPhone by special delivery. Sent it Thursday last week (LW) evening and it was signed for last Friday LW (8:30am-ish). Today (Monday afternoon), checked tracking status via o2 repair link and it’s saying something about still waiting for device.
Does that that mean it’s lost or yet to be updated ? I tried to find out via webchat and they kept sending me around in circles.

It will be waiting to be booked in and awaiting a tech to look at it.
How long that takes depends on how busy they are.

Shouldn't the OP still get an email and tracking number once the buds have been dispatched?
