I've received an email from o2CollectionNoReply@telefonica.com Is this a legitimate O2 email address?

It sounds legit, as Telefonica is the name of the previous owner prior to the JV with Virgin Media (liberty media).

If any doubt, contact o2 If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I've never seen that email mailbox.

What does the email relate to and is it something you are expecting?
