Is this available online? My balance is £9.96, just wondering where that 4p went.

Its not available on-line. You can, however, call O2 and ask them what the 4p was for.

The call would cost more than 4p.

You could always email them. You might find yourself wondering about the 4p otherwise.

I have received a response by an email enquiry. The charge was for accessing the internet.

I find that an inadvertant button press on the phone takes me to the internet facility, which I must have pressed and quickly escaped from.

Can I disable this feature on O2 or the phone?

You make it sound so easy. Where are these settings, please?

Generally it is straightforward. If you let us know which handset you have, I'm sure someone can advise.

General advice would be to use the Mobile Guide on the O2 site to see how to enter the connection settings. This will show you were they are on your phone, you can then delete them.
