For discussion
I have opted out as I feel that as a community we should help others without the need for rewards.
A reward scheme drives people to be competitive when a tiered system is in place.
What would you like to see happen.
1 No reward scheme
2 A flat reward scheme equality to the most helpful responders
3 The current tiered scheme
I know this maybe controversial but thought it needs open debate.

I see no problem in rewarding members for giving up their timme and helping out. I had initial reservations whether it was worthwhile or necessary but I quite like it in it's present form.

I had no idea there was a reward scheme, until I had an e-mail yesterday saying that I had received one!
It was a pleasant surprise. I don't know how the 'winners' are decided, presumably it's not just on number of posts, because all of a certain persons posts could be wrong, but they'd still potentially be rewarded for contributing?
I don't think it's gonna break the bank at O2, and think that when they consider all the traffic that comes through (and gets resolved by) the forum, that would otherwise use O2's paid for resources (store staff/online chat staff/customer serices etc), it is actually a bargain!
