Good Morning
With reference to the reply to this letter and the information and advice we have received from Trading Standards, we will not be renewing any land lines, fax lines, Internet or Mobile contract once all have elapsed.
This will be removed from O2 after 12 years, after failing it customer!
Kind Regards
NS
Dear Sirs
I have now had three meetings with Trading Standards Nottingham with reference to our account with O2. (xxxxxx Main Number)
The company account has been with O2 since 2001. (12) Years
However over the last 22 months we have made numerous telephone calls, email's, letters and a vast amount of time spent on the fraudulent way Berry consultant have forged documents to sign us into a o2 contract that was Not signed by anyone within this company.
At the Moment Berry Consultant staff member XXXXXXX is being investigated by the Crown Prosecution Services for fraud and the o2 documents that have been falsified by using our company documents and signatures. We are one of many companies this has happened too by o2/Berry Consultants.
It is quite clear o2 are not going to do anything about this and are basically ignoring all our complaints for the last 22 months.
This contract in Nil and Void we have been informed by Trading Standards Nottingham and we will be looking for compensation for the last 22 months of dealing with this problem, the time spent on it and all the calls into O2 direct and looking in to the way o2/Berry Consultants have been acting for our company to deal professionally with this problem/fraud case and that o2 have clearly decided not to deal with this problem at all.
We look forward to you reply
Kind Regards
NS

It's unwise to comment on this as it could become a legal issue.

I wasn't aware and don't believe that Trading Standards can award adjudications against anybody.
If you're going to make allegations of fraud on here then you need to get the facts correct.
If there is ongoing litigation you shouldn't be posting here at all as it could prejudice any case you might have.
Any contracts you have should be kept paid up to date until any judgement by a court is made.
