Hi, I submitted an insurance claim on the 14th September. I printed out the form O2 sent by email, signed it, took a screenshot and sent this back by email as instructed. I received an email saying thanks your claim has been created. Then I said " we are just waiting for confirmation from the courier to either send a replacement, or collect a device from you. I don't really understand this. It sounds like it's up to the courier weather or not I get a replacement phone.
