Lost phone - impossible and frustrating to get any service

I've lost my phone (rather : it has fallen into a location that it is impossible to retrieve it from)

- the chat - requires my phone to log in

- the 24 hour hotline ... isn't open

- the 202 is only open until 8pm and is now closed.... at 6pm (granted it is boxing day)

I have to report this lost to o2 within 24 hours. That's looking unlikely.

I find it difficult to believe that i'm the first person to have not been able to log in to the insurance to make a claim against a lost phone, where it's asking me to scan a QR code surely?

I urgently need my phone replaced as i need it for 2FA for work.

Any help appreciated.

@DCharlie

Lost and stolen should be 24 hours. Stay on the line.
