Today, I've been twice times to been O2 Store, called forth times to costumer service. I don't get why my contract is not sharer plan. I heard in the store, I made a sharer plan but when I call to the costumer service they told me, I didn't joined sharer plan. I guess wasted my money. Where should I go to complain this problem? I don't want to spend at least 15 mins to calling or visiting store. So.. Thanks for let me join the £24 of 7gb data plan that I won't able to spend in a month. If I could make a cancelation, I definatily make it.
