How to finish the contract ?

Hello

I've moved to another country and no longer use my mobile phone. I've got 2 years contract ang still on going. How do i finish the contract? Could you guide me through this matter,please? I am now outside Britain.

Hi @Anonymous. Regardless of whether you still use your phone or not you still have to pay off what you owe before you can cancel your contract. A guide here

If you are on a Refresh contract you need to pay off the handset and give notice to end the airtime. But you do need to call customer service on the number above. Free from your mobile.

Try to work it to 8-8.30 am UK time.

Your phone may already be unlocked, but if it isn't, you should unlock it before you cancel your contract.
