hi, im a new member of o2 and everytime someone send me a voicemail it charges me and when i check it, it charges me too.
is there any possible way of removing the voicemail please

From the link I gave you that you didn't read:
To switch 'ON' your Voicemail 901 service you need to dial 1750 from your mobile and to switch 'OFF' dial 1760. Once activated, you can access the full service menu by dialling 901 from your mobile and entering your pin code (default setting 8705). The service will then take you to a full menu of service options.
