How do i contact Microsoft to sort out an account issue. One Drive still lost

Hi    

Is there any means to get personal account problems solved by Microsoft?

After signing into Microsoft starting my laptop for the day. A notification appears

 ONE DRIVE ISN'T SIGNED IN      Please enter your sign in to start syncing again 

When  OK is pressed and I sign in by password it tells me that I'm signing in for another account!

Puzzled and need to get to the bottom of the meaning of this.

This is looking positive.   Sign in here looked ok.  Email ok .  Microsoft does note there are problems with some of their areas

I hope when i next sign in One Drive pops up -     else im going to have to save this link each time , maybe !

Hi I tired the link Bambino . Discoveri ng 2 things

Microsoft are admitting to problems with some areas of accounts (not admitting to which)  

My One Drive does not have the same email address as my Microsoft account

The microsoft account email was changed in 2019.  

So  should one drive automactically have chnaged too or are they independent

Is there a way to change one drive email

Or do i change the Microsoft account email back   to rechange it at a later date???????
