If like me you have a voucher code but are unable to get it to work, here's a possible fix..
I contacted o2's customer service on 0800 9777 337 and spoke to an agent who sorted the problem out quickly.
It was a VERY simple fix & I hope it helps anyone else who has this issue.
It's so easy to overlook, but on the Web page, when you add the buds to your basket, before you enter your voucher code, select "pay in full" from the drop down menu (its default selection is pay monthly).
Just switch to pay in full, apply the voucher & Bob's your mother's brother 👍
I felt a bit of an idiot, but it was so easily overlooked lol
O2 could do with making it clearer to customers really, so us numb ones have a chance too haha 😄

How long did it take to receive your code? I got my s23 on Thursda, but still haven yet received a text with the code

I'm still awaiting mine from the upgrade I did on 24th June, just rang the above number to chase it, the colleague said upto 30 days.
