Hi I made an insurance claim they agreed to send me a new phone out next day. I thought great. DPD kept taking pictures of random houses on the street. After 4 missed delivery attempts and several times trying to contact DPD and o2 they both give me no solution. After being on hold for an hour and a half 2 weeks later after several failed delivery attempts I’m then told my phone is not in stock anymore and I’ve got to wait until it comes back n in stock. They wouldn’t offer me any alternative replacement I can’t tell you how frustrated I am. Still no phone

If a replacement 'phone is not forthcoming by say Wednesday @Murph88, I think that I would be asking :-
1. what alterative makes and models of a similar standard might be available for you to select from, and
2. what proposals might they be prepared to make in terms of settling with you in cash.
It is always good to explore the possibilities, but be careful not to let them convince you to agree to an outcome that is not the right one for you. 👍
