Flickering Screen With HTC HD7

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi there, i seem to be experiencing problems with the home screen, on the windows 7 phone. I bought the phone on the 15th Of December and this seems to be the only issue. The screen flickers, repeats itself and freezes.
I was just wondering if there is anything i can do? And if anyone knows when there will be an update for this phone, to hopefully solve the issue. I'm going to the O2 shop tomorrow, but i would love to keep the phone, as it's ace!
Thanks in advance slight_smile

Do you have the Facebook app installed? If so, try uninstalling it and see if that helps.

No idea about the HD7, this is a straight copy from a support page.
To delete your Facebook from your phone, perform the following steps:
1. At the Start screen, swipe left.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap email & accounts.
4. Touch and hold Facebook.
5. Tap delete.
6. Tap delete again.

No, not me. I have a real phone! :smileywink:
In all seriousness, do a full reset of the phone after deletion and if you find this does cure things, try installing the app again. If it causes the same problems again then ditch it until either Windows 7 or Facebook get updated.
