In my opinion, some of you have more overall knowledge than the people who work at O2 - sometimes it feels like the O2 staff read off a script when answering questions and it is too formal - have you ever considered a career change? Lol

Good point - some people do it because they want to and they have an interest in it and some people do it because they have to (such as if they were getting paid).

 

It's the same in all jobs - if people weren't being paid to work then most of them wouldn't be there, unless they had a passion for the job and were learning along the way.

 

I'm not an expert in any way and I don't claim to be, but I would like to learn as I enjoy it.
