O2 decided to bill me for sending picture messages to emails which I have not done, when I rang and complained all I got was the usual script "Take your handset into the store for them to check the settings".
Does anybody know what I can about this company, since I changed my contract from my previous one, I have had nothing other than problem after problem with O2.
They are most unhelpful, Don't even know who their managing director is & that complaints have to be sent to the Complaints review department.
Can anybody help me?
