@Cleoriff .....I reckon £700 was to pay up the contract as it was started in August and was for 2 years.

You may well be right. However many of us were working on the theory that the £700 was the key amount as the £36 was only mentioned today....?

However, I remain surprised at the outcome. I hope the OP clarifies everything with another call to CS as has been said...

Now when I m checking my O2 , there are 394£ , anyway its to high for me , I need to talk with them again , because I m not understanding what to do .

So your airtime plan payments were paid on time but not your device plan payments ?

The £36 = 2 months device plan payments, is that correct ?

Yep, that's what I thought was going to happen, hence my earlier reply for you to clarify.

As we have said @Anonymous  you really must get this sorted by phoning Customer services on 202 again.

This is an account based problem and we really have no access to your accounts or personal details on the forum.

By ringing CS and hopefully getting another advisor, will help you understand more clearly what needs to be done.

I am particularly concerned about the comment to cancel your direct debit. This is something I would expect you to keep going until you had at least a new contract. However that is something that needs clarifying from O2

Best of luck...

Hi @Anonymous ,

I had to read it a few times but I think I got the general idea but to make sure all is ok can you go on my o2 and tell me what the current balance is and on the current unbilled charges there's a section for other and credits, can you tell me what it says there please?

Latest airtime bill : 394.06£ , they told me this amount is because of disconnection , and on date of payment 18 January they will take only 18£ not 394.06£ . But I want to be sure on it 100£ . Little afraid.
