Hello
I have a question , some few days i m disconnected from service due of non payment , its my mistake , but now they sent to me via email billing , with full amount of airtime and device plan , which i cant pay because its to higher , i have talk with agent online , he told me i meed to call on payment management and to told them to remove bars , i dont know what to do to resolving this problem. I cant call them because i m out of service:((( . In billing email they included early termination , but i wanna keep pay monthly, i dont know what to do now . Thx :((

I can't make any sense of this at all or even how you've gone from a termination fee of over £700 to cancelling all DD's and taking out a new contract Smiley Frustrated

Something tells me you've maybe misunderstood the conversation with CS?

First time when I call to them , they ask me to pay 36£ , I payed it , they told my bills will be recalculated Second time I call them again to reconnect my device to network, also I have ask them about billing to high, he told to me to cancel direct debits , and in 18 January they will renew contract.

So the unpaid bill that you told us about was £36 and because it was unpaid they disconnected you......is that correct ?

OK, I suggest you call Customer Services again to be certain you undertand what you must do and what will happen on 18 January.

So. Initially you said your bill was for £700? Are you saying that O2 agreed they had made a mistake with that amount and it was actually £36?
