Like mentioned before you need to call 202 as your account will be handled by payment management. You will not be able to use TUGO to do it as it will not work if you have been barred or suspended. You will have to make a payment. You will not be reconnect, even if it's the first time this has happened, without a payment. There's also a £15 reconnection charge. The contract will be reinstated, so the term fees will be removed, but you will need to clear any amount that is overdue. If you owe more than £100 and can't pay it all in one go they may accept a payment plan but be prepared not to be allowed to make calls, just receive. Hope this helps!
