Hello
I have a question , some few days i m disconnected from service due of non payment , its my mistake , but now they sent to me via email billing , with full amount of airtime and device plan , which i cant pay because its to higher , i have talk with agent online , he told me i meed to call on payment management and to told them to remove bars , i dont know what to do to resolving this problem. I cant call them because i m out of service:((( . In billing email they included early termination , but i wanna keep pay monthly, i dont know what to do now . Thx :((

Appreciate that @anticpated hence why neither I nor @Cleoriff suggested it. It took several attempts to get the message across and even then the OP suggested going into the shop. We had both advised no, must call, then a post goes up suggesting go into the shop! !!!

Hence why I posted that we have been advised stores are unable to assist.

I hope it works out for them. Also there is tugo for over wifi calls. That one just occurred to me.

Hi there @Anonymous ,

 

Like mentioned before you need to call 202 as your account will be handled by payment management. You will not be able to use TUGO to do it as it will not work if you have been barred or suspended. You will have to make a payment. You will not be reconnect, even if it's the first time this has happened, without a payment. There's also a £15 reconnection charge. The contract will be reinstated, so the term fees will be removed, but you will need to clear any amount that is overdue. If you owe more than £100 and can't pay it all in one go they may accept a payment plan but be prepared not to be allowed to make calls, just receive. Hope this helps! slight_smile

Hello , I have talk with them today , they still reconnected me to service , but about money , they told to me to cancel direct debits , and on 18 January to call them back and they will renew my contract , it will fair ?Thx

Well this is surprising. Did they ask you for any payment at all before reconnection?
