Downloading monthly bill pdf

The new website does not appear to offer the facility to download a pdf of my monthly bill.

I could in the past. Live chat was hopeless.

Click on your mobile number

Then click View latest airtime bill

Scroll down and click 

View and print older bills

I just logged in to Myo2 tocheck my bill and there is a option to download it

Works fine for me too. Have you tried a different browser? I'm using both firefox and chrome...available on both.

No problem for me either.....

I know MyO2 has changed over the past couple of weeks...Maybe some are still playing catch up...

I also can't download my bill. The option is there but it says its not a suitable pdf and can't open. Have tried it on IE on a lenovo laptop and Chrome on a Hudl, no joy with either.

Try chrome on the laptop.
