That is exactly the problem with outsourced call centres. It's true what they say, you pay peanuts....

I have been so lucky I think. I have never been put through to an outsourced call centre. I phone them rarely and always get Glasgow or Yorkshire....

I have 2 separate o2 phone contracts, 1 originally taken out as part of a deal with Virgin Media on broadband etc, I also have a separate mobile contract with Virgin Mobile which my wife uses although the account is in my name, now the issue is that Virgin Mobile has migrated my wife's phone to o2 so I have 2 separate o2 accounts in my name. I spent over 40 minutes trying to sort out if I can have separate access to the o2 app but the customer service assistants were definitely Indian and I had trouble understanding the 2 people I spoke to so still trying to work out if I can have separate o2 app access for me and my wife, anybody got a clue how I can do this

@Raymondo111 - As this thread is 8 years old, I expect the situation is even more spread over the globe...
1. Call O2 on 202 at around 08:10am UK time, or
2. Use the Twitter, FB or Instagram platforms, links to all just below this post, to keep pinging O2's Social Media Team until you get an answer.
Nobody here is from O2, nor have they access to your, or your wife's account. Good luck!
