Do O2 buy out contracts?

Heya slight_smile First of all I'm new. So, Hi, I'm Ranon!
Anyway, I have a Samsung Galaxy s2 on £21 a month, but I don't wish to keep the phone anymore as it's been crashing alot (turning itself on and off and completely freezing when I try to make/answer a call). I was wondering if anyone knows if O2 will buy my phone off me for what they think it's worth? then I will pay the rest towards it to terminate my contract as I'm not happy with O2's service. I know Orange do as they did it with my Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. Anyway, I really hope someone can tell me this soon as I've emailed O2 on multiple occasions and there is no O2 shop locally where I live.
Thanks! grin

You can recycle the phone through O2 but probably no where near the price you are thinking of.

Better to try and sell the phone yourself in order to pay off your contract as O2 will not buy you out of it.

If your not happy with the phone due to crashing etc, why dont you get it repaired replaced under the warranty if its less than 12 months old, or please let us forum members know why you want to cancel the contract, is there another phone you want etc?

I've always found Car Phone Warehouse to be good for trade-ins (usually offering more than O2 as well). Always good service. Used them several times without any issues what so ever:
