Hello,
I have just set up a new sim-only deal with O2 after coming from another provider. As I tried to set up my online account to access my esim, I was required to enter my postcode and last 4 digits of my bank details. I did this correctly however I was told this was incorrect and after 3 attempts had my account locked. Can someone please suggest a fix to this as I will need to have this number set up shortly.
