I would like to find out a name and address for the O2 Director of Customer Services. If there is a specific UK directorate then that would be more appropriate than their Global Director.

If you have not followed the correct complaints procedure then you will just get passed back to that. Having read your posts in the other thread it seems you have requested an unlock via web chat rather than using the form because it was not available, They have apologised and given you a goodwill gesture.
You will be wasting your time writing to the director but if you use Google you will find out all the information yourself.

Steersy - The good will gesture had to be asked for and was for 3 times telling me it would take 72 hours when apparently it's upto 10 days and not the nonsense that has gone on since. Now I have the avenue to progress this then I will do so.
