Solved: Free O2 Numbers

Hi. I'm new to this, so may be in the wrong place! My Pay-and-Go package allows me free calls to other O2 numbers, but I have no idea how to add a new number when my friends change their contracts, and also their numbers. I tried to call Customer Services, but wasleft on hold for what felt like several days, so gave up. Can anyone help?

The system knows which are O2 numbers. You don't have to add them. However, it can take a few days if your friends port in a number from a different network.
