Hi guys.


Well I've just been on to O2 Customer Services via 4445 to ask for a bar to be placed on my account to stop this service which was in connection to recent posts we've been discussing.

It took a while to clarify I didn't want my Big Bundle or Bolt On removing.

The agent then put me on hold and spoke to a manager and came back to say no bar facility exists !

Has anyone else had any confusion and issues with this ?

Update : Customer Services turned off this feature on my Payg account from my phone call this morning.

I've had info passed to me from here that it's a bar accessible both to Contract and Payg Customers.

The agent and manager said no actual bar existed at all.

I have read that link you provided @Anonymous  and am even more confused.

It seems as if you have to OPT IN to get it?

I couldnt see anywhere in the link where it showed it could be removed/barred....

I know I might be missing something.....:smileysad:

No you don't have to opt in there's two places it says about switching it off one under what if I pay the bill for someone else and also under more faqs

And if you don't want your child or the person you pay the bill for to use Charge for Mobile at all, give us a call and we'll switch it off. You can find our number by clicking this link and then click "it's about something else" then "it's about something else" again, scroll to the bottom of the page and choose if you are a pay monthly or pay & go customer.
