I rang up at 8pm and sadly got through to the overseas call centre to a young(?) lady who hadn't a scooby-doo. She put me on hold and came back some 5 minutes later and said it's an option that can't be switched off.
I referred her to the page...another 5 minute hold and she came back and said she had switched it off in the direct debits...mnn, direct debit probably cancelled now.
Think maybe I'd better call back in the morning and make sure I speak to the UK call centre....
