Trying to access organisations online which send a security number by text often aborts because text message either doesn’t arrive or can be many hours after being sent and is then no longer valid

Thanks MI5, lots to check and interesting comments on similar threads.  Looks like I’ll need to contact CS to explore the effectiveness of being moved from EE to O2 by VM.

It could also be that the porting files for shortcodes were not transferred correctly so yes, you would need CS to check that.
