Hello,

Looking for advice. I had recently purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G to then be told its out of stock 10 days ago.  I have not had any updates, when I look at the tracker it explains I will get a notification when its been dispatched as its been ordered by through the supplier.

I would like to utilise promotions to obtain free new ear buds, but you need to claim this within 30days of purchase. However, how long should you wait or is it intentional so you are not able to obtain this deal.

Are there options to cancel the order if I do not hear back in the next 4 days as 2 weeks I think is a sufficient amount of time to wait, if there were stock issues, the purchase should have not gone through and it also impacts on other deals/benefits associated with doing a new upgrade.

Many thanks

Cheryl

@cherylgalbraith

The 30 days starts from when you receive the device.
