02 have taken an unauthorised amount of money from my partners account.They authorised £250 and they have taken £850 I have tried dealing with this for weeks over the phone to be lied to and promised a refund now they are doing nothing this has put my partner in financial distress and even the complaints department are ignoring me I have now a case number from consumer Ombudsman so stressed
