I was due my delivery on Jan 30. Waited in all day , no attempted delivery then at 22.49 i received a failed delivery text. I did not leave the house and had full view of the window all day. The next day comes. The exact same thing. on to day 3, i cant wait at home any longer so changed the delivery to my closest pick up point so i could get in my own time. 7 days later and each day i get a text to say 'Unexpected Error' The Customer Service at DPD is Beyond useless and waiting daily for 45 minutes to have the same conversation with o2 customer service and all their promises has now gone beyond belief. has anyone experienced this. i dont even want the phone any longer

@bristolred It is O2's responsibility to get your phone to you. I will tag an O2 advisor to see what help they can offer.

Thank you Bambino. Unfortunately I have spoken to o2 customer service on countless occasions and nothing gets done. Just repeat what they see on the DPD tracking. No one is actually going to DPD to speak to them.

@bristolred Did you get a message from the O2 advisor? They usually have more influence than customer service.
